A WhatsApp group was very active, yet all posts stopped after I fell seriously ill. What could be the possible reason for this and has anyone else faced a similar problem?

Maybe your inactivity during illness has been removed by the Whatsapp group admin, try to contact the admin, so you can be reactivated.
I am still in the group, one of the members was very active and after I fell ill, she has mostly stopped posting to the group, for reasons I do not know.

It's possible you where the one making the group lively so since you where absent, the group had notting to talk about, or it could simply be a coincidence.
