Remember, there's no perfection in business. There are problems that may occur beyond your expectations like factory defects, wrong delivery of orders, wrong product contents, misplaced receipts and other unbearable happenings that might be twisted by a customer. Over work of the employee in-charge of orders and deliveries can cause a discrepancy, however, there are chances that a customer denies receiving a cash change but the receipt shows the cash was received after it's signed. Another proof to show is the CCTV camera. Always support a case like this with a prima facie evidence to overthrow the contention of the rude customer.
