Have you ever had this experience that a app suddenly stops working on your device? And you uninstall the app and install it again, and it suddenly starts working well again. What could have been the cause that it stopped working?

It's happened to me a few times, too. It was probably due to an update or perhaps a problem with the previous installation. However, much more frequently, I have to restart my phone to get an apparently frozen app to work properly.

In fact, reinstalling such App ensures that you download the latest compatible and complete version available on the store.
That's true. It might just be that the version that refused to work is outdated and can't really communicate with the server again.

I have noticed that smartphones are hacked intermittently due to which they malfunction and apps are not getting installed when the hackers are active.
Having a smartphone and being a victim of hackers isn't absolutely a good because they could do whatever they want with our account. But is there a way to tell if your device is under's attack?

Your phone starts to heat up for no reason , there is something wrong. Check if the data is running out randomly or if there are strange apps that have appeared. Phone turns off or becomes very heavy, then hackers have invaded. Change the password immediately and do a factory reset asap.
