Angola expanded its oil refinery capacity to reduce imports. For me, the most relevant aspect is self-sufficiency. Personally, I think it’s fascinating how nations seek independence. What surprises me is the scale of investment. For me, the most important step is sustainability. In the end, I believe Angola’s refinery expansion strengthens its economy.
