I was addicted to taking snacks , infact anything sugary for my sweet tooth and it was affecting my health. I'm trying to overcome it gradually. I take more fruits. now. How about you?

I love sweets, big time! - chocolates, candies, ice creams, and whatnot. Diabetes runs in the family so I must be careful, especially since I am not getting any younger.
