Any risks in staff of a company being in a romantic relationship with a staff of a close competitor?

We can't really control where people would find love. But in business, certain things are very sensitive. Is is right for the staff of a business organization to be in a romantic relationship with someone who is working for a close competitor? Is it very risky for the business?

It is only risky if the staff involved is a senior staff of the company and has access to business secrets. Such relationships should be frowned at by the company.

It's risky if the staff has access to some sensitive information, they might not give out some of these information internationally though. Then again it mostly depends on the maturity of both persons involved.

I t is not acceptable and i have no option than to sack the staff immediately. He is alreay a threat to the business and can likely influence negative behavior among staffs. I should better get rid of himself before it become very diastrous.

This decision is absolutely correct because one disruptive employee can destroy the entire team. If you laugh with monkeys, you will reap the straws so it is better to fire him early before he kicks your business. Protect the dignity of work and the peace of the office so that things continue to move forward without stupid stresses every day.

When you look at it, it is very dicey. I won't probably be bothered if the said staff is a junior staff also dating a junior staff of my competitor.
