Apartment or Condominium?

If you will choose one, apartment or condominium? I currently live in an apartment. I like the vibe here. It is peaceful and quiet. However, mold grows here when left for a long time. In addition, the outside of the building gets flooded during the wet season. I get scared when it happens since I live alone most of the time. I want to move out next year but I am still undecided whether to transfer to an apartment or condominium. I like the latter but the association dues quite bother me. LOL.

Oh men, apartment have a lots of quality than condominium in my country, but the price difference is like the sky and the ground.
