App hanging at a specific times of the day

I am using a streaming app which pays users , and I find that the app is hanging at a specific time of the day, usually at 5 pm local time daily and later. What could be the reason why the app is hanging only at specific times?

This thing usually happening with me, particularly from last one months. My smartphone is new and I was thinking about to use it's warranty. By your post we may know some ways to fix it.

If this happens only on this app, then it might be the fault is form the app, or is there a limit as to how long you can use the app?
