App or Website: Which is Better For Online Business

Some people choose to sell through apps, some people through websites, and some people like to use both. What is your favorite way to sell online? I mean how do you like to operate your business, through a mobile app, a website, or both. Well, I have never created an app for online business and I have always sold through my websites. I use some ecommerce platforms, which also have app version, so in a way I have also used app, even though not my own.

At the moment I prefer using the website, I am seriously trying to limit the amount of apps I keep on my phone due to space.

I find apps more responsive with specified features than websites. I sell through Facebook and the app gives me the best options.
