Yes, it requires some training, but to be honest, I do not think it is the right fit for me. I am not comfortable making phone calls because, like you, I am an introverted person. Lol

Having excellent communication skills is an essential aspect of succeeding in this field. Unfortunately, I do not think I am well-suited for this job as my communication skills are not up to par.
