No, thankfully, many are doing offline businesses here, almost 55% of the total population of the city where I live.

It's not the case here, almost everyone is into one from of business or the other these days, especially online business.
Here the rich and powerful communities are extremely vicious in criminally defaming small online business owners from poorer communities, to destroy their reputation completely, making it difficult to survive, especially in the internet sector.
Here, business owners can be from all walks of life, in particular SMEs. It is only the owners of big corporations who may be from a rich family.
