There are does who believe there are some persons who are born to be entrepreneur, they have the natural skills needed to run and grow a business, while this might be true, i believe entrepreneurs are made not born. While there are indeed does who are born with these natural talents, but without hard work and experience it would be useless, hence i believe they are made not born. What's your take on this?

Entrepreneurship is a born quality. Everyone cannot become an entrepreneur. However if the opportunity is given, especially where capital investment is concerned then a person who is hard working and resourceful can always become a successful entrepreneur.

Some people get few qualities naturally while others have to acquire them through learning and other efforts. Yes, some might get the qualities of being an entrepreneur naturally to them, But that is not enough. One has to put effort into actually materializing those qualities to become an entrepreneur. You have to make sure that you hone your skills and natural talents. Not all born with entrepreneurial qualities end up being successful entrepreneurs, you have to learn and acquire other skills and knowledge too.

It is also my opinion that entrepreneurs are made otherwise what are business schools for. Onr just hace to develop both hard skills and soft skills in order to succeed in every endeavor.

I don't consider the natural ability to start things, as a natural gift. You can be a natural, and still fail. As with athletics music, and anything else that you want to consider, it takes effort to properly understand how to work and operate a brand new business.

In my opinion, it falls somewhere in the middle. Some businesspeople stand out from the crowd thanks to special traits and abilities they were given from birth. They are motivated by an intrinsic drive, unwavering resolve, and unstoppable excitement that keeps them moving forward in the face of challenges. Others can be created through knowledge, training, and the honing of abilities. Being an entrepreneur is not a membership-only club for the elite few. Anyone who is eager to learn and advance can embark on this path.

It's true that I agree with you, there are indeed people who have natural entrepreneurial talent, however, entrepreneurship can also be trained and developed through training or courses. And in the end, someone who is successful as an entrepreneur is someone who is willing to work hard to build their business according to the abilities and skills they have.

Very true, one thing i have come to understand is that hard work would definitely beat talent if talent refuses to work hard. So no matter how talented a person might be in a particular field, if he or she does not train hard and work hard, the talent would be wasted.

I think that entrepreneurs are born and I think that they are made as well. Both the assumptions could be right. A person may have various degree of talent. Some people are really exceptionally talented. This is why they possess the ability to become entrepreneurs naturally.

While resilience and creativity may be inherited qualities, entrepreneurship skills may be learned through mentorship, education, and experiences. Inherent traits and developed talents are frequently combined in successful entrepreneurs. The interaction of nature and nurture is a factor in the many entrepreneurial pathways that people choose.

I think that people who are entrepreneurs have exceptional talent. They have to learn many different things from experienced people. Apart from that, they can also improve their money management skills as well. They have to know how to deal with the customers and this is the only way they could improve their skills.

Even those born with all talents and features might not become one as they might not get the opportunity and environment to learn and further groom their inborn talents. While others might get opportunities and learnings to become one. So, it can be either way. Life doesn't follow a set rule for being successful for everyone. Every entrepreneur would have a different journey.

There is a lot of debate among experts and universities, are entrepreneurs born or made?, but in my personal opinion the proportion is 50:50, because both are very dominant, because there are several characteristics of an entrepreneur that cannot be trained or made, such as a risk-taking profile, self-confidence , have high enthusiasm and are hardworking, have leadership qualities, etc.

There is no such theory to prove that an entrepreneur is born and is already equipped with skills and knowledge. Once a child is born his mind is empty like a blank sheet of paper. To be an entrepreneur is a matter of choice.

I think that many people are more likely to become entrepreneurs. This is because they have the ability to do so. Having the ability to become an entrepreneur in a natural way is also one of the most important aspects of entrepreneurship.
