There was an explanation from a blogger in Haite. One reason is survival and the other one is their ritual. They should not bring their ritual there in Ohio plus they are illegally staying there.

Yes and it's a crime in the USA animal abuse and cruelty. These illegal people were already deported.
 
They are doing this for reasons, one is survival. They are illegal migrants so they cannot work they keep on hiding. The other reason is they are using animals for their rituals and still, they are morally wrong for it is not their country. They should not bring their culture there.

The animals they ate were pets by the people in Ohio. That's inhuman. The cats, dogs, and Turkey are not food. They are pets by the people in Ohio. They are considered human brutality estate

Like they say, one man's food is another man's poison. They might be going for pets simply because it's affordable and easy to catch.

That's the possibility they lack food being an illegal migrants. They cannot work. They should have sought a work or residence visa. The problem is money. But they were already deported.

It was too bad for them. They better sought help from those who were already legal resident in Ohio. They are still humans. The people there should better have helped them instead of mocking and deporting them back to Haiti.

It is not good to keep their hunger. They can seek help from their countrymen who are already working in Haiti rather than steal the pets of the people to serve as food. What they did is a crime.
