Are people disadvantaged in English not able to make the most of paid to post forums?

English is an official language in some countries. Many countries have their local languages as official languages. But it seems like most paid to post forums are run in English. And it seems that most people are cut out because they really can't do anything in a foreign language.

Are there paid to post forums in other languages?

I think there is none but there are many not a paying forum sites in many countries whose language they use not English but their own.

English is the platform that most earning platforms use. But there are some Russian earning platforms that allow people to earn and it is Russian language.

There is a none paying forum site in the Philippines but the language use is Tagalog. It has 2 million members. The site owner is so lucky. They discussed about various topics.

Definitely language barrier can hamper someone from making money from pay to post sites and other useful sites. Though, there is translators but is damn difficult to work in such sites.
