Are shit coins always easily manipulated?

I always see that shit coins are always on top of the gainers list. Someone told me that it is so because it is very easy to manipulate shit coins. Is it really true that shit coins can easily be manipulated?

Not always, if a shitcoin doesn't have a good community is more difficult to make a pump and dump scheme, it's more easy when the token has a good community behind.
