Are there AI tools that can make a portrait of you?

There are AI tools for almost anything now. And I would love to know if there are AI tools that one can snap a picture with the phone camera and the AI tool would use that picture to paint of portrait of that picture?

Which of such tools do you know of?

Am pretty sure there are ai tools, but there are also apps you can use to turn your pictures into portraits as well.
