Are there any legit mult level or Ponzi schemes!

I am really wondering about a some earning websites in my country. There is one that had actually lasted for like three years ago and it's still paying until now. It could really be a ponzi scheme but the users are really making a lot since that time till now. I am even tempted to join that site for sure.

Multi level marketing and ponzi schemes can never be a legit system as they feed on scamming people on the bottom of the pyramid.

I might be wrong, but from what i know, there is never a legit Ponzi scheme out there. No matter how they try to make it look legit, it is not.
