Fiverr still remain the best freelancing site i have come across but the problem is that it is not easy to get hire there if you are a newbie. Secondly, if you are from third tier countries you can hardly get hired. To breakthrough freelancing site is not a child's play.

I believe that upwork is one of them if you work on upwork you will get enough client so you will be able to bid and accepted by many clients if you have good portfolio you will need to update your profile
