Are you cool with a partner that brings capital, but zero labour?

There are some business partners that we have that are just interested in bringing capital inputs to the business. They don't contribute any labour to the running of the business.

Are you cool with a partner like that? How do you manage such a partner?

I am cool with this if this was part of the agreement of our partnership, but in a situation where we didn't agree on this before hand i might not be happy with this.

If the agreement from the start of the partnership was for that partner to contribute only capital, that is fine.

I won't even enter a partnership agreement that the other partner contributes only capital unless they are doing about 80% ofnyh and capital.
