When you work online, you will have to use frequently check social media, video sharing sites, podcasts, and various other platforms. These websites and apps can easily make you distracted. How do you handle them? Well, my favourite strategy is to silence social media notifications or set app timers, this reduces stress and helps with focus. I also set specific hours for work and take breaks. They improve focus and prevent burnout.
