Are you documents always up to date

I have an offline business, which does not make any profits, which is hardly surviving, so I have never bothered to renew my business license. I do not even maintain any financial records and have not done auditing for many years. The business is in hibernation and I have decided not to go ahead with renewal and spend money on a business that is not making profits.

I have not registered my business yet, but I do have plans to do this in the future. By 2025 I am working towards registering my business.

I am paying the income tax yearly from my job and offline business. I hired an accountant to manage my tax computation and others. Accountants are experts on this matter. In case my milk tea business is not anymore gaining I have to declare my decision to cease the operation to avoid tax penalty.

Well, as you rightly stated I don't think it makes any sense to update records of a business that it isn't worth it for anyone

I don't have a business that needs much paper work. Just a permit that my business needs. And that is up to date.

Yes I believed and know that all my document are always up to date and I make sure that my document never miss.

As far as a business is still operational, it is very important to have documents up to date not to get into problems with the law.
