Are you fasting in 2025, holy week?

I usually every Holy Week specifically during Monday Thursday, Good Friday and Black Saturday. However, for three years now, I stopped fasting. Threw years ago, I got sick after my three days fasting. My head aches a lot. I went to the doctor with my sister. The doctor adviced me go to refrain fasting. Every Maunday Thursday and Good Friday, I never felt hungry. I observed the same this day, I never felt hungry but I still ate but little only.

I wish i will be fasting during weekend for the health benefits not due to Christian belief system. Fasting is good for the body but i can't because my work involves a lot of physicality. Without food, i will not have energy to work.

In my country, starting from Maundy Thursday, all stores are closed, no work on the entire Philippines. We resume work on Monday. We have one week no work at my workplace.

That is good, the feeling is also good, but this Good Friday, I keep on eating lol. We have 11 visitors and they bring many foods and fruits, so I keep o eating.

That's also cool though, we have service in church starting today to monday in the morning. So i would be spending my mornings in church.

You're a good boy, God will bless you more. This evening I plan not to eat dinner, I'm still full. I only drink pineapple juice to grind the food fast.
