Loyalty from customers is what most businesses crave for. For some people, they have been loyal to a particular business for so long a time. For instance, I have been loyal to a particular barber for more than 5 years now. He understands how to give me the best look.

Which business are you loyal to? And why?
 
I usually do not change the vendors I use, unless they are betraying me, their prices are very high or they do not offer quality services. I think almost everyone uses the same criteria.

There are perks that you can get from being loyal to a business. You can get reduced pricing for products and services as a loyal customer. You should be loyal to one of the many businesses you patronize.

Yes true, but I can't be loyal to a place that does not deliver, that's the honest truth. If would also affect my business.
 
I have indeed been loyal to one veterinarian in the city for a long time. She is the only one I go to because I know she is a good one. Unlike the others, she does not pretend to be good just to gain our trust and when she is treating our pets, I can see from her sincerity and concern that she is caring for them.
