Are you mild with your staff as a business owner?

There are some business owners that are very mild with their staff. They are not bossy at all. They bring down themselves to relate with their staff as friends and partners. That makes staff less intimidated.

Are you mild in your relationship with your staff as a business owner?

If your staff are not misbehaving, you don't have to be unnecessarily firm with them. But don't be mild to the point of weakness.

I am always mild with people so I would be one with my staff. The thing is to be nice with people that's it

My staff is very free around me. What is the gain in being too strict? You would even endanger your business that way.

I do not have staffs at the moment, but as a business owner there needs to be a balance. You don't have to always be harsh at your staffs, especially if they are doing okay.

Yeah, I am very flexible with my staff. Before I started my own business I worked under a lot of people so I understand the workers mentality.

I am not high handed with my staff. Some people see the way I relate with ;u staff and would never believe I own the business.

I only have two staff of my offline business and I treat them fair and square. We're friends. I don't build a gap with them. That's how we have to treat our staff with kindness and respect so they would also do the same to us. To be bossy and nosy aren't appreciated by staff.

I make my staff feel at home at all times. They don't have any reason to fear me. We are more or less partners.
