Well, partnership business is my favourite business model because I believe success rate for partnership business is high. By having partners, you will have teammates. Employees just care about their paycheck, but partners invest money, time, and effort in the business therefore they care about the sustainability of the business. Having someone to work alongside you who's just as committed as you are can make a big difference.

Partnership businesses is a business structure that doesn't have the simplicity of sole proprietorship and doesn't have the complex structure of a company. It is a good model to run.

There is every reason that one should be scared of partnership business. You don't know the real personality of the person you are running a partnership with beyond face value. That's why terms must be clearly spelt out, documented and kept safe for reference when doing partnership business.
