Well, there might be a time when you are annoyed with the sales staff, and that makes you act differently. One case might be an annoying answer from a staff member about prices or never answering your query, so you feel insulted, and your mind tells you that you are a customer, so you are always right. I saw one customer here in the mall, she asked the saleslady about the other size of the shoes. Her feet are size 7, so she wanted it. There's none in the display counter, but the sales assistant didn't mind the customer as if there was no human near her, so the customer was mad and grabbed her hair and squeezed her arm. The sales lady shouted for help. he guard and the supervisor arrived, and the customer told them about the poor service of the staff that made her angry. Their grudge was settled, but the supervisor requested the sales staff to answer within 24 hours why she failed to do her job accordingly.
 
So far since i can remember i have not been a rude customer, cause i also own a business so I don't want others to be rude to me, due to this i always try my best not to be rude to others.

Some customers are rude, thinking they are mightier than the staff who only receive a small salary. Despite of the figure they receive, they are humans and serving the customers is their primary importance, but some sales staff are also rude.

Yes that's true, i have come across so many customers like that, they will test your patience to the extreme

I also saw a sales girl crying. I asked her why she cried she said she was insulted and shouted by the customer. I advised her to ignore the customer and to think of the customer as an ant. She laughed and stopped crying.
 
Being rude to a customer is a matter of a personal action and that's because of some triggers. That's an expression of disappointment to someone however, it's best to tighten our belts to remain composed.

That is right, it is never good to be rude, either a customer or a business owner. It doesn't make sense . It only creates trouble and revenge that may lead to a commission of crime.

I had to be to some sellers for trying to cheat me.

That's normal act to act rude if cheated by a seller. No one keeps a mouth shut if something like that occurs. I will be rude too.
