Every business must have a company culture. And the personality of staff must align with the culture of the company for the staff to reflect that company culture.

You don't want your staff acting outside the culture of your company. Don't just hire anyone. Consider your company culture before hiring.

Company culture is like the backbone of a business, and hiring staff who fit that culture is essential. When employees align with the values and work style of the company, it shows in their interactions with clients and coworkers. Hiring purely based on skills without considering culture can lead to conflicts, low morale, and inconsistent representation of the company’s identity.

Yes. A snobbish staff member would do great harm to a business organization that has an outgoing culture. This type should not be hired.
That's true. Such a staff would just kill the business and chase away customers with that snobbish attitude.
