As an employer, am I liable to pay for the liabilities of my employee on official duties?

If for instance, my staff in my office breaks the glasses of a customer that came around to buy, who is liable to pay for the fixing of that glasses?

By law, am I, the employer expected to pay for that liability or the employee is expected to pay?

Typically, employers can be on the hook if the employee's doing their job and something goes wrong.

While anyone is working for you, and they incur a liability, you, the employer is legally responsible for that liability.
