As an entrepreneur, how do you manage customer dissatisfaction with your products?

In business, no matter how you try, you must see some negative complaints! There must be one or two dissatisfied customers, how do you resolve those challenges determine how successful your business will be! First, try to understand what the customer is trying to communicate! Sometimes! Communication can be the barrier and obstacle to the resolution! Secondly, try your possible best to resolve such problem amicably!
 
If received negative of your products from the customers most likely, your products are not of good quality and the price doesn't match the products 's quality. The business owner must consider the pricing if the products dissatisfy the customers or display another products that could attract the customers.
 
You would have to just acknowledge that they have a right to complain. Dialog with them and see ways you can solve their dissatisfaction.
 
In cases like this, i simply apologize to them and find out if there is a way i can rectify the issue, if i can't i simply learn from that so i won't make that same mistake again.
 
If a customer complains about a product, the first thing you should do is listen to all their complaints patiently. If it is the fault of the factory or store, you should quickly apologize and offer the best solution, such as replacing it with a new one.
 
l think that the introduction of the usage of the questionnaires and suggestion boxes would really help out on that. Through that the customers can express themselves and pin point the burning issues concerning the service delivery and products being dealt with on the business
