According to the report, at least 16 people have been killed and 400 wounded in Kenya as a nationwide demonstration to honor those killed during last year’s anti-government protests turned chaotic, with police clashing with protesters in different parts of the country.

The report said that the police killed all those 16 people. The protesters said that 83 people were seriously injured and 8 were treated for gunshot wounds. Thousands of Kenyan protesters took to the streets on Wednesday to pay tribute to more than 0 people who died during last year’s protests. These people sought justice for the slain Kenyans last year. Those who were killed were victims of police brutality and excesses of power.

The report added that the protesters even blocked the parliament and the official residence of Kenyan president Ratuto with razor wire.
