At least 37 dead as tourist boat capsizes in Vietnam

In Vietnam, bad weather caused a tourist boat to capsize, killing at least 37 passengers and leaving dozens more missing. Ha Long Bay, a popular tourist spot in the country's north, is where the event happened.

According to reports, the majority of the passengers were families from Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Rescuers said the search for survivors has been hampered by heavy weather, but 11 people have been retrieved alive from the river thus far.

I think the weather was fine before they boarded but it worsened afterwards. It's a very tragic incident.
