When it comes to being broke, people define their own personal level of being broke differently. But what is the general financial level that one can be in and we can rightly say that the person is broke.

Is there anyone you know that is completely financially broke?

When someone can not be able to afford his or her basic need like food, shelter and clothing, he is definitely broke and financially down. Inability to pay bills and other miscellaneous expenses is equally a sign that someone is financially broken. 😂😂😂😂😂

Both in my former and current country, I saw people scouring into the dust to catch food, clothes and other goods. If you get at the point to need to scour into the dust, no doubt you got broken. Unfortunately, I have acquaintances who ended up in such a mishap  .

I think it's different for most people, but I believe it should be in a situation where you are no longer able to buy or afford even the cheapest of things out there.

When someone can't absolutely provide himself with food, shelter and clothing. They are financially broke and should file for bankruptcy.

Yes when you can't pick up your basic needs you are totally broke and need to deliver yourself through working

Yes, this is what getting broken really means, but what happens in my country is the high demands of the average citizen. At the point, even low-middle-class feels to be broken...
