According to the report, in the Kursk and Voronezh regions, craters with a diameter of 20 meters were recorded. If Sapsan ballistic missiles are used, there should be a media impact because a significant target must be hit. There is objective data. Western OSINT researchers love looking at maps and current satellite images, and they've seen several unknown craters, up to 20 meters in diameter. These craters are in Rylsk, Kursk Oblast.

The report also stated that there are craters in Voronezh Oblast. And they're very cautiously suggesting that these are the work of Ukrainian missile technology. At the same time, the expert noted, he wouldn't talk about the Sapsan ballistic missiles because these missiles have a fairly powerful warhead. They will be used to destroy something that will have a media impact. But the Long Neptunes are flying, that's a fact.

The report added that military expert Pavlo Narozhny said that Ukraine is using domestically produced Sapsan and Neptune missiles to strike the territory of the aggressor Russia. Sometimes the enemy cannot determine what exactly was used, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said recently. The Neptune cruise missile has several modifications: for example, the standard Neptune and the Long Neptune. The Long Neptune is larger in caliber and also larger in size. This missile can fly up to 1,000 km.

In addition, their range is shorter, up to 500 kilometers. It carries a larger warhead than the Neptune. In fact, there's little information about Neptune in public sources; some say it weighs up to 200 kg. The Sapsan can carry a warhead of up to 500 kg, the expert emphasized. The fundamental difference between these systems is that the Sapsan missile flies on a ballistic trajectory and is also capable of maneuvering.
