The Bangladesh military officials accused China of delivering to them defective weapons outdated in technology. Most developing countries buy cheap weapons from China but they allege that most of the weapons sold by China are based on outdated technology and copied from the West.

They're not manufacturing their own using the technology but copying only the style from the western but they don't know how they're made by the western like the USA.

It depends on the agreement. If there was an agreement to get weapons with modern technologies and China goes ahead to deliver something else than that's a different issue.

It was told to them that their weapons are hi-tech, so the Bangladesh officials did not have doubts to recommend to their government to purchase the weapon which was found to be defective.

China is always doing this anywhere. In my country all the fake products sold by online sellers are from China. Most of their products are fake.
