I have noticed that a large number of customers are withdrawing their money from some banks, it appears that they have been told indirectly to close their account. Have you experienced this problem with the bank which you use?

No I have not experienced this before. No bank will tell you to close your account unless the bank is having some issues.
It appears that the bank is having issues with some customers, due to which they are not getting proper service and are forced to move their money away from the bank.
I have never experienced such a problem, where the bank asks customers to close their accounts. The bank's rule in my country is that as long as the account has enough balance to pay the admin fee, it will not be closed, but if the balance is zero for more than three months, the account will be automatically closed.
In this case, I have noticed that customers who have more money in the bank are transferring their money out. These customers were doing very well financially 10-15 years ago.
I think banks here can only close your account when there's money in it and you are not using it for a long time
