No I do not eat watermelon at least not on daily basis it is not available all year where w live. I did not know all these things about it now that I do I think I will have to eat it more in the summer when it is out.

Yes, watermelon is good for hydration. We usually buy one during the summer season. I freeze a slice or two at times. I am not sure how much it costs now.
There is notting as sweet as a chilled watermelon, am usually surprised how some persons say they don't like watermelons.
