According to the report, Poland and Germany have pledged to work hand-in-hand to strike a peace deal in Ukraine and defend Europe’s eastern border. At the same time, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has returned valuable artifacts to Warsaw that were looted during World War Two–a gesture designed to warm a historically fraught relationship.

The report also stated that Volodymyr Zelenskyy has again laid out Ukraine’s red lines in negotiations for peace, including security guarantees and insisting on the country’s sovereignty and land. President Zelenskyy made the remarks alongside his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron just a day after Ukrainian and American negotiators met in Miami to hash out an end to Russia’s war.

In addition to the report, heading east and Lithuania's Vilnius Airport has now been forced to close its airspace almost a dozen times since the start of October. The aviation saga comes as smuggling balloons repeatedly cross the border from Russia-ally Belarus, with officials calling the incursions a form of hybrid attack. So why is Lithuania’s capital bearing the brunt?

Watch the video to get the complete details of the report.
