Personally, I think introducing technology in agriculture makes most sense. In many developing countries, a large portion of the people rely on farming andlive in rural areas for their livelihood. By providing them access to modern tools, equipment, seeds and teaching better farming practices, their small farms can be more productive using lesser resources like land, water and labour. This would improve their income levels and standard of living.
Governments and organizations need not invest heavily, starting small with solar water pumps, weeders, soil testing kits etc can create a big impact.
