If you're using a whatsup try (true caller)it reveals a person's number but to be safe go to the police and report this matter before the perpetrator acts in finding you.

He is calling me directly on my phone number, he is not using whatsapp, I do not know how he got my phone number, I usually do not share it with anyone.

Yes the true caller am is pretty effective, i am using the free version but it is still effective as well. It has helped me ignore several scam calls or stopped from calling back wrong numbers that called me before.
I think these scammers want to extract money from him sending threatening messages,true caller is effective but he doesn't use a watsup i hope he gets help.
