Best way to remove dust from electronic parts

Often computers and other electronics become dusty after some time, which may make them malfunction. Other than using a brush, what is the best way to remove the dust, without damaging the electronics?

I have only used a kind of electronic device that blows some air on a certain pressure. This really removes everything underneath.

Yes but it's best to be sure you can use a slightly damp cloth cause there are some electronic parts that might be a little sensitive.

Be careful of static electricity. It can broke parts even if they worked before disasemble. In worst case you can lose entire motherboard. Dust can cause static electricity.
