If the tourist spot is in a remote area its not possible to get a car. Like in Prayagraj, Khumba Mela one had to take a boat ride or walk but not a car on the beach.

In Goa, though the taxi charges are higher, it is easy to get a taxi quickly while in other smaller cities the visitors have to struggle to find an auto or taxi late at night.
