Between saving and investing which is which?

Based in mind that investing is a venture that enables one to grow their money by participating in various business activities that earns interests or return on investments, it comes with inherent risks that could lead to the incurring of losses. However with saving one is guaranteed safety of their money any time they need it. So between the two which is which?

Which is better to save or invest depends on the individual. If someone has a conservative, low-risk profile, saving is better. However, I think investing is better because it can multiply interest or returns.

Personally i think it is better to do both. While you invest some of your money, have it in the back of your mind to save as well.
