According to the report, in a significant escalation of conflict, an Israeli airstrike has killed senior Hamas leader Saeed Attallah Ali, along with his wife and two daughters, in the Beddawi refugee camp near Tripoli, northern Lebanon.
The report said that this marks the first Israeli airstrike in the area since the Gaza war began nearly a year ago. The Israeli military's campaign has intensified, targeting not only Hamas officials but also Hezbollah strongholds in southern Lebanon.
