According to the report, the Israeli military opened a temporary route on September 17 for civilians to flee Gaza City amid a major ground assault on Hamas, expected to last months. Over 150 air and artillery strikes have hit the city, killing at least 30, while internet and phone services have collapsed. Leaflets urged evacuation. Civilians described dire conditions, lacking water, fuel, and shelter. International reactions include Pope Leo XIV condemning the suffering, the EU proposing trade curbs and sanctions, and Japan refusing Palestinian recognition to maintain US ties.

They should have evacuated after the JDF gave them the way; they should not have waited to be killed. They should follow the order. Blaming Hamas for not returning the captives to European countries is so stupid. Israel is fighting Hamas to free the Israeli hostages. This bloody war should have ended long ago if Hamas had surrendered and released all hostages. The EU is a fucking moron. It doesn't know what is right or wrong. Israel is fighting for survival. Imagine a small country like Israel being cornered and encircled by its enemies. God bless Israel.
