I have switched off Bluetooth on my laptop and smartphone at night to prevent hacking. However , I am finding that Bluetooth is switched on automatically on the smartphone, laptop after some time. How to prevent the bluetooth from getting switched on?

Have never experienced this before though. Once you switch off your Bluetooth, it should remain switched off until you choose to on it back. It could be a malfunction or something.
Some hackers may be controlling the laptop and switching on the Bluetooth remotely , I am trying find out how they do so. Does anyone know any resources or forums which may help.
