For a local e commerce business that targets to serve just it's city, which platform is best for them to boost their posts to get their desired visibility? The choice is between Facebook and Instagram? Do you think a local e commerce business would benefit from boosting posts more on Facebook or Instagram?

But I don't pay for it.
I usually don't use one FB all the time
I need to change FB every now and then
I'll buy cheap FB accounts on the FACV platform and carry on as different identities
