The Russian FSB general was killed when his car exploded in Moscow. This general was responsible for counterintelligence in Russia and other CIS territories. The Admiral who was killed was also the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, and both of their deaths will deal a significant blow to Russia's command abilities.
