A British rowing team competed in Atlantic Ocean Endurance Challenge, stopped to rescue a large sea turtle they found entangled in a dark, discarded net.
The members of the Hampshire-based Call to Earth team, John Hammond, Stacy Rivers, and Emma Wollstoneholme said they were about 895 miles into their more than 3,000-mile Atlantic crossing as part of the world's toughest row when they spotted a turtle.
They posted a video to Instagram showing how they paused their journey to free the little turtle and send it on its way.
Worthy of our congrats?
