Users can easily switch between tabs on a windows device, it is not possible to easily switch between tabs on an android device, the other tabs are not visible as a default setting. Is there any way to change the default setting?

I am using a smartphone and I don't really have any difficulty when it comes to switching between tabs though.
I think that my Android version on my device can't support that development for that matter.
