When it comes to taking care of ourselves, we often think of indulgent activities like shopping or going to a spa. However, there are plenty of ways to practice self-care that do not entail spending a lot of money. For instance, you can immerse yourself in nature by taking a walk or hiking a nearby trail. You can also practice meditation or yoga to help soothe your mind and alleviate anxiety and stress. In addition, you can create a DIY spa experience at home with items you already have, such as a relaxing bath or a face mask made from natural ingredients. Reading a good book, journaling or blogging can also be great ways to loosen up and contemplate your thoughts and feelings.

I extract carrot oil and use as my body cream. It gives me a perfect skin tone. I don't spend money on synthetic toners that you are not even sure that it is safe for your skin health.

Wow. That sounds interesting. I think I will give it a try one of these days. I will research online how to do it. :) Thank you for the tip.
